Warranty Policy

Every genuine Kabira Mobility spare part purchased through Spare Hub is covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects.

Coverage period

  • Mechanical & electrical parts — 12 months from date of purchase
  • Consumables (brake pads, gaskets, rubber seals, bulbs) — 6 months from date of purchase
  • Battery packs — refer to the warranty card supplied with the battery

What is covered

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
  • Premature failure under normal operating conditions

What is not covered

  • Damage from accident, abuse, or improper installation
  • Wear and tear from normal use beyond expected lifespan
  • Modifications or use with non-genuine parts

How to claim

  1. Call the parts desk at +91 8574600700 with your order ID and a description of the issue.
  2. Our team will guide you through a return shipping label or service-center visit.
  3. Claims are typically resolved within 7 business days of receipt.
