Return & Refund Policy

We want you to have the right part for your Kabira motorcycle. If something arrives wrong or does not fit, here is how returns work.

Return window

  • 7 days from delivery for unopened items in original packaging.
  • 7 days for wrong-fit parts — we will exchange for the correct one.
  • No returns on parts that have been installed, except where defective under warranty.

Refund timeline

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days back to the original payment method.

How to start a return

  1. Call +91 8574600700 or email [email protected] with your order ID.
  2. We will arrange a reverse-shipping pickup or share a drop-off address.
  3. Pack the item securely with the original invoice.

Shipping costs

Reverse shipping is free for wrong-fit or defective parts dispatched by us. For change-of-mind returns, shipping is borne by the customer.
