2. Pricing & taxes

All prices listed are in Indian Rupees (Rs.) and are inclusive of applicable GST. GST rates of 5%, 12%, or 18% apply based on the part category in accordance with the Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017.

3. Order acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept the offer when we dispatch the part. We reserve the right to cancel orders for stock, pricing, or fraud reasons, with a full refund if payment has been taken.

4. Shipping & risk

Risk and title pass to you when the parts are handed to the carrier for delivery. Shipping timelines are estimates, not guarantees.

5. Warranty

Parts are covered under our Warranty Policy. Warranty is void if parts are installed by unauthorised workshops or modified.

6. Returns

Returns are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual property

All product images, descriptions, and brand assets on this site are property of Kabira Mobility Pvt. Ltd. and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from a Spare Hub purchase is limited to the amount paid for the part(s) in question.

9. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Indian law. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at the city of our registered office.
